Some houses emit an aura of loneliness. Amsterdam based artist Hagar Vardimon-van Heummen captures this feeling so well in her latest series called “Lonely Houses.” Taking vintage photographs and found postcards, the artist pierces the image on the paper with a needle and pulls colored threads through as if spinning a web around the home.
