Inspired by a recent journey to New York City, London-based art and design student Matthew Richards created this series of cityscapes on top of fallen leaves. I love how Richards layers the forms and patterns of the city buildings, streets and vehicles on top of the textures and natural lines of the leaves. The juxtaposition between the geometric and the organic are beautiful.
